Ganapathy has played senior-management roles in the analog and mixed-signal organizations of Texas Instruments, including, as the Director - Mixed Signal Technology Centre, where he managed a team of 180 Analog Engineers, and as the World-Wide Silicon Development Manager for WLAN chipsets. | pioneered key strategic initiatives such as CMOS Wireless LAN RF development and Power Management integration on System-On-Chips. He is a senior member of the IEEE and is a ‘Best Outgoing student’ award winning alumnus of the National Institute of Technology at Trichy, India. |

C. Srinivasan, Vice-President of Engineering, an expert in Analog Integrated Circuit Design, brings an experience of more than 16 years in Analog Integrated Circuits design and management. Prakash Easwaran, Vice-President and CTO,brings an experience of 13 years in Analog, Mixed-Signal and RF circuit design. He has been a keen innovator and lead designer for several Analog Front Ends for Voice-Band modems, ADSL modems, WLAN analog front ends and RF front-ends. Prakash was instrumental in defining and architecting the Industry's first DSL AFE that combines a high-voltage Line Driver and Data converters in a 3.3v CMOS process. Krishnan Ramabadran, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing, brings a total of 16-years experience in the IC Design Industry. Krishnan has designed and managed several IC designs, including complex digital, memory and mixed-signal chips. Krishnan has architected and led several mixed-signal chip designs in the xDSL space. He managed the design of both central-office and customer premises ADSL codec and Analog-Front-End development for Texas Instruments, and helped shape the ADSL analog front end strategy for Texas Instruments.  A. Nagaraj, Vice-President of Finance and Admin, brings 16 years of experience in the areas of Program Management, IT-Networking, and Customer Support. Prior to joining Cosmic Circuits, Nagaraj worked as Program Manager for Broadband SoC designs at Texas Instruments, India. He has been a program-manager at Wipro Technologies (VLSI-Systems) and Hughes Escorts communications Limited. Nagaraj brings to Cosmic Circuits, the experience and abilities in a variety of Financial and Administrative areas. In Cosmic Circuits, Nagaraj is responsible for IT infrastructure, Finance, HR and Admin functions. He holds a graduate degree from the Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli. |
