IP Customization and process-porting:
We undertake customization of our existing IP cores to suit customer needs. This may include tailoring the IP core for, say, specific interface needs, for specific power-supply voltages or optimization for reducing the number of bits or reduced speed of a data-converter. A common form of customization is porting of existing IPs to the process-technology node and FAB of the customer’s choice.
Upon customer request for proving the customization on silicon, we take up a turn-key execution of committing the IP to silicon at the customer’s chosen FAB and eventually provide a report of the silicon characterization along with tested samples of the test-chip, and the characterization-board and associated test-programs developed by us.
